Senior E2E & UAT Test Engineer responsible for defining and governing end-to-end test coverage across complex business journeys and integrated systems, with primary focus on UAT and Pre-Production environments.
The role will:
- Define E2E coverage and supervise test execution across business-critical journeys.
- Design and prepare E2E test scenarios, test cases, and required test data.
- Validate E2E defects for quality, reproducibility, evidence, and business impact.
- Maintain the UAT Journey Matrix covering test scope, integrations, environments, sprint deliveries, dependencies, and execution status.
- Track readiness and availability of external and dependent integrations.
- Perform UAT environment sanity checks, validation, and stabilization activities.
- Coordinate UAT execution, issue resolution, and customer-facing validation.
- Work closely with business, development, integration, and testing teams to ensure E2E readiness and successful UAT completion.
- Report functionally to the Test TPL for UAT and coverage governance and coordinate operationally with the Test Lead for planning and integration activities.

Technical Skills
- 4+ years of software testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in E2E, System Integration, and UAT testing.
- Strong understanding of complex cross-system and customer-facing business journeys.
- Experience in test coverage analysis, test case design, execution supervision, and test data preparation.
- Experience validating defects, supporting triage, and ensuring defect quality.
- Experience managing UAT readiness, execution status, dependencies, and traceability.
- Strong understanding of integration testing and external-system dependencies.
- Experience with UAT / Pre-Production environment validation, sanity testing, and stabilization.
- Ability to coordinate testing across multiple systems, teams, integrations, and sprint deliveries.
- Strong stakeholder communication and customer-facing coordination skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and sprint-based testing.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM, or equivalent.
