Job Description
- Develop architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed design documentation.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
- Prepare material specifications, door/window schedules, and interior fit-out documentation.
- Review subcontractor shop drawings and material samples for compliance with design requirements.
- Respond to site RFIs and provide technical clarifications and architectural solutions.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and BIM model reviews.
- Support client submissions through presentations, renderings, and BOQs.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate technical requirements with Sales/Presales teams.
- Monitor project execution against approved designs and resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical support to project and installation teams.
- Prepare regular progress reports and escalate critical technical issues to the Team Leader.
Personal Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent technical report writing and documentation skills.
- Excellent command of English; French is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in different environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and detailed drawing production.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and model review.
- Good knowledge of international building codes, fire safety, and universal design principles.
- Experience in material specifications, finishes, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of Data Center, control building, or industrial facility design is an advantage.
- Ability to review shop drawings and resolve design coordination issues.
Education
Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering with a Specialization in Architectural Engineering.
