Future Makers Program Overview:

Future Makers is a 3-month development program designed to bridge the gap between academic life and the business world through a blend of technical skills, soft skills, and business exposure.

GSEC Tracks Overview:

Track one: Mechanical – Water Department

• During the internship, interns will gain foundational knowledge of water treatment systems and mechanical engineering applications within a technical office environment.
• The program will cover water treatment processes, mechanical equipment, and piping systems, mechanical design and engineering calculations, technical drawings and design.

•  Interns will gain practical exposure to real project workflows and develop an understanding of how mechanical water systems are designed, documented, and coordinated in engineering projects.

Track Two:  Technical Office – Mechanical MEP

• During the internship, interns will gain foundational knowledge of mechanical MEP systems and their applications within a technical office environment.
• The program will cover HVAC, plumbing and drainage, and firefighting systems, along with mechanical design principles, engineering calculations, technical drawings, and design coordination.
• Interns will also develop an understanding of technical documentation and engineering standards while gaining practical exposure to real project workflows and MEP design practices.

Track Three:  Technical Office – Electrical (Water & MEP)

• During the internship, interns will gain foundational knowledge of electrical systems and their applications within water treatment and MEP projects in a technical office environment.
• The program will cover power distribution systems, electrical equipment and load calculations, lighting and low-current systems, as well as electrical drawings and design coordination.
• Interns will also develop an understanding of technical documentation and engineering standards while gaining practical exposure to real project workflows and electrical design practices.

Track Four:  Finance

• During the internship, interns will gain foundational knowledge of core finance and accounting processes within a professional business environment.
• The program will cover the Accounts Receivable cycle, including reconciliations and collections, as well as General Accounting activities, month-end closing and financial reporting, and the relationship between accounting records and financial statements.
•  Interns will gain practical exposure to financial processes, ERP transactions, reporting activities, and accounting practices used in real-world business environments.

• Excellent command of English.
• Very good communication skills.
• Good command in Microsoft Office.
• Exemption or completion of military service for male applicants.
