Job Description
- Responsible for managing the technical and business delivery of region’s projects and acting as a Project Sponsor on common projects, leading all Project Managers.
- Manage several projects and take responsibility for a portfolio of customer projects
- Attend meetings with the client top management and present the program status in the steering committee
- Responsible for the planning, execution and successful completion of several customer projects
- Prepare Program plans and review them with the Program Manager from the client’s side.
- Monitor the progress of program, ensuring that all program milestones are achieved.
- Follow up the final acceptance for the whole program.
- Monitor the invoicing and notify the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
- Prepare and submit periodical activity reports to the relevant manager.
- Prepare and submit periodical progress reports to customers, as needed
- Keep tracking of all claims with the client
- Keep tracking of all project documentations
- Evaluate the performance of the assigned Project Managers and prepare and submit performance evaluation reports to the relevant managers.
- Provide guidance/ instruction to subordinate PM's during the program life cycle
- Conduct discussion sessions to subordinates to study lessons learned and optimize resources utilization.

Technical Skills
Bachelor degree in Engineering with a specialization in Communications, Computers, or Control.
- Minimum 10-18 years of experience with at least the last 3 years in a similar position.
- PMP certified (or equivalent)
- MBA is a plus
- PgMP is a plus
