- Lead and supervise the architectural engineering team and ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage and monitor architectural design, engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Review architectural drawings, designs, and technical deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Presales, and other disciplines on technical requirements.
- Attend project technical meetings and resolve design queries and coordination issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, HSE requirements, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for the Technical Manager.
- Identify technical risks and support corrective actions and process improvements.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing and awareness sessions on new standards, tools, and procedures.
Personal Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent technical report writing and documentation skills.
- Excellent command of English; French is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in different environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and project execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in architectural visualization tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Lumion.
- Strong experience in Data Centers, control buildings, or large-scale industrial facilities.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design principles.
- Good knowledge of HSE requirements, project management, and SLA terms.
المؤهلات العلمية
Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering with a Specialization in Architectural Engineering.
