Senior Mechanical Technical office Engineer

• The Technical Office Mechanical Engineer is responsible for preparing mechanical proposals, drawings, calculations, and material submittals, while providing technical support during construction and coordinating with project and engineering teams. The role supports the Mechanical and Process sections in technical and operational matters.
•  Prepare mechanical shop drawings, technical proposals, designs, calculations, BOQs, material submittals, and other engineering deliverables.
•   Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements to develop technically sound and cost-effective solutions.
•   Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, Project Managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure technical requirements, deliverables, and schedules are achieved.
•    Review and ensure compliance of designs, shop drawings, installations, and technical submissions with project specifications, engineering standards, codes, quality, and safety requirements.
•   Provide technical support during project execution, including resolving technical issues, reviewing installations, and recommending corrective or cost-effective solutions.
•   Evaluate mechanical systems, equipment, and components and communicate technical requirements to suppliers.
•   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior mechanical engineers within assigned projects.
•  Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of relevant engineering technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Comply with GSEC policies, procedures, and business ethics standards and perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
• Maintains professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional design processes.
• Improves design experience by maintaining state of the art technologies, methodologies.
• Monitor the performance of Mechanical Engineers if required and assess their performance.

• Ability to communicate properly in oral and written form
• Ability to communicates fluently in English/Arabic
• Proficiency in the latest Revit & AutoCAD Software Application is a must.
• Excellent computer skills (Ms. Office, and other engineering software).

• Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical Engineering
