Lead Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers.
• Define team objectives, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on operational excellence and reliability.
• Oversee the design and implementation of secure, scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Supervise deployment of core infrastructure components across network, cloud, and systems environments.
• Review and validate infrastructure architecture designs for scalability, redundancy, and performance.
• Evaluate and approve High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLDs/LLDs) before implementation.
• Ensure alignment of all solutions with infrastructure standards and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Participate in infrastructure workshops, technical discussions, and system assessment sessions.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to technical proposals and RFPs.
• Ensure successful execution and delivery of complex infrastructure projects across environments.
• Provide escalation support for critical infrastructure issues in hybrid environments (on-prem, cloud).
• Oversee resolution of high-impact infrastructure incidents and service disruptions.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and restoration of infrastructure services.
• Ensure compliance with infrastructure policies, standards, and operational best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure architecture, operations, and service models.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency across infrastructure operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize infrastructure performance and reliability.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
